27 May YOUNG PEOPLE FOR FLAMENCO CYCLE
Os presentamos la actividad cultural titulada” Ciclo Jóvenes por el Flamenco” , la cual, está organizada y patrocinada por la Concejalía de Festejos del Ayuntamiento de Dos Torres y la Delegación de Juventud y Deportes de la Diputación de Córdoba.
A new initiative in which the Town Council of Dos Torres has put all its efforts into promoting young Flamenco artists, both from the region of the Valle de Los Pedroches and from the capital of Cordoba and Seville.
For three Saturdays in June at 22:00 we will have a date with Flamenco, Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, in the patio of the Centro de Interpretación de la Arquitectura Popular, a strategic place full of history and tradition.
We will start the first night on Saturday 2 June with the following artists: Flamenco guitarist Guillermo Salinas de Córdoba and the local cantaora Carmen Silveria.
We will continue on the night of Saturday 9 June, when the following artists will perform: the cantaor Francisco Gómez from Santa Eufemia, and the cantaor Antonio de Pozoblanco.
The last night will be Saturday 23 June and we will be accompanied by magnificent artists such as the Sevillian cantaor Manuel Cuevas and the Cordoban cantaora Pili Acaíñas.
We invite you to join us in these nights of Flamenco art, with free entrance until full capacity is reached.
