El próximo domingo 7 de Abril a partir de las 11:00 horas se celebra en Pedroche (Córdoba) la actividad cultural y tradicional “NUESTRAS TRADICIONES”, en el cercado Cristo que se encuentra junto a la Ermita de PiedraSantas (Carretera de Pedroche – El Guijo Km. 2 )
You can enjoy different agricultural, farming and traditional activities, etc:
- Exhibition, sale and demonstration of different articles and products from the area.
- HAND WASHING, SEWING, BALLLOCK LAYING, with WOOL, etc.
- Exhibition of agricultural work: ploughing, mule loading, threshing.
- Exhibition of PICON making.
- SHEEP SHEARING exhibition.
- Exhibition of ESQUILO DE MULAS A TIJERA by MANUEL ORTEGA POVEDA.
- Quarry work by ISAÍAS ESCRIBANO.
- Construction of WALLS WITH STONE.
- Ironwork by FRANCISCO CABRERA.
- Exhibition of making SOGAS and CHAIRS OF ENEA.
- Exhibition of life in a SHEPHERD SHACK.
- Recreation of an OLD RURAL SCHOOL.
- Recreation of an old BARBERIA.
- Operation of a NORIA WITH A DONKEY.
Gastronomic tasting at midday:
- MEAT WITH TOMATO platter for only 2 euros.
You can also enjoy other activities:
- Exhibition of SHEEPING WITH A BORDER COLLIE DOG by the CENTRO CANINO INDUCAN.
- HÍPICA LOS PEDROCHES, pupilage and untacking of foals by Antonio Herrera Gómez, will offer us a COURSE OF ASSISTED INTERVENTION WITH HORSES FOR PEOPLE WITH FUNCTIONAL DIVERSITY given by Lidia Leal del Pozo. A 4 YEARS REPRISE DOMA by Alfonso Muñoz Rodríguez and a second EXPERT REPRISE DOMA by Rafo López Aguilar.
- RIDES IN JAMUGA to the assistants, in a mule team, a typical image of the festival of the Piostros.
- JOSÉ COBOS, owner of the restaurant EL PIMPI in Málaga, will offer HAM AND WINE to the attendees, with the presence of a ham cutter and a venenciadora.
- TRADITIONAL GAMES with the participation of the elderly of the EL SALVADOR ELDERLY RESIDENCE, who will also be making GACHAS.
We will have musical activities:
- At 11:30 a.m., performance by the SANTA CECILIA DE PEDROCHE MUSIC BAND.
- At 13:00, performance by the AGRUPACIÓN MÚSICO CULTURAL GACHERA and the JOTAS GROUP LA FANEGUERÍA.
- A las 15:30 horas, CANTOS DE TRILLA Y FLAMENCO con ANTONIO DE POZOBLANCO, que estará acompañado de la guitarra de Javier Muñoz “El Tomate” y la percusión de Daniel Morales “mawe”.
ACTIVITY ORGANISED BY THE GROUP NUESTRAS TRACIONES, SPONSORED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF PEDROCHE AND THE COLLABORATION OF THE DEPUTATION OF CORDOBA.
ALL ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE IN
